Life is still good.  Its been a while since our last input and much has happened.  In the last week in the BVI’s we managed a few days in Anegada for some kite surfing and some general beach time.  Anegada is a little out of the way but well worth a visit… a fantastic island.  From Anegada we returned to Virgin Gorda to catch up with a few mates in the ‘big boat’ regatta that was taking place in the area and had a rather large night (to put it mildly…. sheesh!!)  at the Mount Gay Party in Leverick Bay.  Good to see a few old faces and have a good catch up, even your ugly mug Rowlands ;).  After a few more days enjoying one of the Caribbean’s best bays, we sailed south for St Maarten on the 18th March arriving early on the 19th.  Not much sailing in that overnight passage as there was very little wind, which was a blessing in disguise as we had some sore heads from are rather festive send-off from a few mates…. Cheers Paul and Victoria for a great lunch and afternoon.

We stayed in St Maarten for a few days to do a little maintenance and had a laugh which also included catching up with some more of Matt’s yachtie mates.  Great place Simpson Bay but dangerous on the liver and the wallet… ;).   We also had another friend arrive in St Maarten all the way from Palma and Cissi will be with us until we get to Antigua early next month.

At the moment we are anchored in Road Bay on the Island of Anguilla, as we left St Maarten yesterday.  What a place….. most of it is national park and the area is just beautiful.  Last night we chilled out at the local beach bar called, of all things, Elvis’ Beach Bar, and listened to live reggae at the Pumphouse…. and today we sailed around the corner to a local beach for a hard day doing nothing…. Magic!!

Tomorrow it’s off to Sandy Island for another day of nothing which may include swimming, snorkeling and hopefully some kite surfing.  ;)   The plan now is to sail on the 27th to Antigua and Barbuda, with hopefully a few days at Green Island and then English Harbour by the 1st of April…. We shall see……

Loving Life and Living the Dream…… Cheers to all…
