Sailing strong heading West to the Caribbean. Almost two weeks since we left the Canaries and the last of the fresh food will be eaten today which has Lasted a good time. The fresh we got in Cape Verde was not the best and has also done its distance but has been good as well. We have winds force 5-6 from the East, plenty of white-caps and blue skies.... and hope they last a while yet… we shall see.

All is well on the crew front.  All in need of a good shower and for some a shave … ;)… and a few minor issues with batteries but it would not be a proper blog entrance if I did not have some news and breakages or deficiencies.  This we can explain more later, otherwise loving life and love to all….
