Hello from Ouistreham,

Now nicely tucked up in Ouistreham after a pleasing sail from Fecamp, which started with the usual wind on the nose. Crossing the channel entrance to Le Havre was relative to the M25 on a bad day Arrival at Ouistreham was an interesting experience, as we arrived in the Marina with 6 other boats with limited place to tie up and limited room to maneuver. This resulted in a lot of shouting in a number of languages, but eventually (as is always the case in these situations) a place was found for all and the rafts of 3 sometimes 4 deep, encouraged a degree of international bounding.

No fish on caught on passage so bangers and mash for tea, followed by a skate to la plague to end a pleasant day all round. Tomorrow has be designated as a rest day and an opportunity to replenish store cupboard. Then Cherbourg and beyond, getting closer to No fish caught on passage, so had to settle for bangers and mash. Spain yippee!
