Greetings from Union Island

Had a very lively passage around from Grenada to Carriacou, head to wind all the way with waves that occasionally brought Jigsaw to an abrupt, and shuddering, halt. The approach into Tyrell Bay was extremely difficult and we arrived just as the Sun was going down. It took us 4 attempts to get the anchor (A Delta) to hold as we kept landing on rock, very tedious after a long days sail.

We are now in Union Island and it is very windy, and forecast to remain blowy for the next week at least which is causing us to review plans to visit Tobago Cays this week. Will have to wait for better weather before sailing over there, may go to Mayreau and take a dive trip to the Cays instead.
