3rd Feb,
We have had a pleasant sail & motor off &on when wind dies down,
Had a shower so feel a bit cleaner, it has turned very hot as we are
nearing the Equator again.
Lat-08.47S - Long-13.33W - done 655 miles, 71 more to go at 20.00 GMT We should be in Ascension Island in the morning, I think swimming
might be out, as in the pilot book they say, there is small black fish
that belongs to the Piranha family and can strip the bottom of the boat of Barnacles and weed in a matter of minutes, as our feet might be a bit rough from not wearing shoes I'm not going to chance it!
