Hi Everyone,
Its a nice sunny day to day, the weather commander has told us to slow
down, the dreaded word! We have been advised to go south west to
avoid a storm, and slow down, as he doesn't want us to enter the
Agulhas Current till after the 14th, dam we don't have many biscuits
left!
We have 2 reefs in the main and are doing 4 knots, so on Target for
here. we have also spoken to the Peri Peri net, you give the your poss.
and they advise you about the weather and which way to go, it is
the same advice as the Weather Commander, so that's good news.
I attach a pic of the Tuna that got away, he swam along side us while
we were decant, I suppose he thought he was safe as the rod was
unattended!
Also had a whale last night, swimming beside us, blowing out water
as it went along, the when he go too close, he dived down and showed
us his tail.
We have made poppy's and wear them at 11am and said thank-you
to all the brave Service Men & Women!
Lat-27.45.72S - 39.02.50E, doing 4 knots, we have done 1,073 miles so
far, all well here, Hope all well with you all.
Lots of Love Margaret & Alan - Mum & Dad xxxx
