Hi all,
We had good fun crossing the Equator, Dad-Alan, came on deck as the compass
went to 00.00 dressed up as King Neptune (as best we could) and I had the champagne & glasses, to celebrate, Stu & Laura had know idea what we had been up to I our cabin, we all had a good laugh and a toast & Pictures, followed by chicken in black bean sauce cooked by Dad-Alan, and chocolate cake & coffee for afters.
There is no wind at all so having to motor. We have just recued a boat sent a line across with a can of diesel as they had run out and had none to get to land (35miles to go at the time)
Just put the nets back in as we have seen our first fly or mossy so we don't want to get bitten, here there are one's called no-se-ums, (yes they are really called that) they are called that as they are so small you can't see them and you just feel a sting when they bite so we are taking no chances
We can see the islands now so won't be long. I hope I see Tortoise & Penguins that what I'm looking forward too.
Hope all Ok, lots of Love Mum & Dad - Margaret & Alan xx
