Alison and Richard have been trying to get me to eat vegetables, well I did try a green bean the other night, it was horrid so not going to try them again.

I am eating healthy we have low fat yogurts for lunch today, and they were extra yummy when i dipped my mars bar in it.

So as you can see our plot we have made it across the Bay of Biscay in one piece. So over half way to Madeira. the bed has been tested with my afternoon snooze, and I'm happy to report that it is now squeak free
