With torn sails, plotter breakdowns and mysterious engine failures it's all part of the pattern, and with Skipper Splodge, and Mack staying in their quarters. Joe is getting more and more suspicious that all these faults are due to these two. I think it is because Joe being the only crew, he feels persecuted, as Skipper Splodge and Mack are not pulling their weight when it comes to boat choirs.
