Tomorrow we depart on another trip, we are off to
the Canaries, then eventually in this years ARC across to St Lucia in the
Caribbean. This year we have a bigger boat and a better owner, so there is a
better than average chance we will make it this year.
The crew, The owners are Alison and Richard, for
the first leg to the canaries the crew will be myself, and a new face Frans (who
did his yachtmaster with Richard this year). Then for the second leg we will be
join by an old face Joe (the cheese on toast man), along with Richards son
Tom.
The boat, a much nicer boat than last year as it
has arm chairs down below, and a gally you can cook in, a Halberg Rassy 53,
called Vulcan Spirit
