Another day of being bounced around, but the good news is we did 179 miles towards St Lucia in 24hours, we may get a similar run today too, although we are now heading slightly North. We have these winds for 4 days. By the time we come out of this weather we will all be zombies on deck, not much sleep had by the crew rolling around in their bunks.
