The mango chutney bread did taste ok, but not sure we could taste the mango chutney in it, perhaps the thick layer of cheese didn’t help. More mango chutney next time.

The carrot cake for today was made with actual carrots today,  I was naturally concerned about the number of carrots being used in such a small cake, but luckily it was difficult to taste the carrots in the finished cake. Not sure what we plan to put in the cake tomorrow, i hope we have used all the carrots now.
