Was going to leave today but the wind (a Sirocco?)
got from the South (where we are headed) and was 22/23 knots at lunchtime so I
abandoned - did not want 5 hours with the family with a F5/6 on the nose.
Since then it has got up and we have a constant 25
knots with guts of 28 in the marina! We are planning to stay put for another day
until this blows through.
We went to a very windy beach today - boys had fun
in the waves athough we all struggled with sand in the eyes.
Nice dinner out and an early (if noisy)
night
