Rather a grotty start to the day and then the wind fell right off. We ended up motoring for 3 hours and opened up the cinema on eXhilarance - the vote was for "Bourne Identity" which the crew seemed to enjoy.

Then the weather swung around South Easterly and the sun came out. We now have a beautiful evening with 9knots of wind, spinnaker out but flying very close so we are only managing about 9 knots boat speed.

We headed more into the coast today (as you will see from our SPOT tracker) so we could all get access to phones etc.

As I write this down below we have decided to 'dump' the spinnaker - the wind (probably a sea breeze) has died away and there is not really enough to get it flyiny properly.

Looks like we may have a motoring session through the night tonight

Crew all happy. There are now the inevitable 'in' jokes that will not be funny back home but keep us all laughing. "Human" by the the Killers is the boat song and is played very loud several times a day - we are somewhat worried about upsetting our neighbours of course!

Vics is keeping us well fed, Lol is keeping us well beered!

Hopefully some reasonable wind (F4- on the beam always nice) some sun and more visits from our favourite sea mammals tomorrow.
