We have certainly been lucky with the weather so far in Biscay - another bruilliant day allowing us to make great progress at an average of 8 knots and with wind on the beam the Atlantic rollers have gently rocked under us.
After a late lunch we sat on the rail and enjoyed the afternoon sun and then a pod of Dolphins came to play - they are such wonderful animals - they love to play - swimming right at the bow, darting under the boat and locking up at you to see if you are looking at them!
Mulch is on the helm and the rest of my crew are asleep - the Biscay air and the preparation for another night.
If we track as plannned we should be in La Coruna for a late breakfast and some Spanish culture.
Everyone settling into the routine now of spending extended hours at sea, crew and boat holding up well.
