We are running down the coast in the sunshine at last
and will be passing Finisterre quite soon. The wind is about 20knts
from the N and was gusting 30 when we were off Cabo Tourinan. Calmer now
and the sea state is reasonably gentle considering the strong northerlies which
have been blowing for a few days now.
Yesterday, after a breakfast of fresh homemade
muffins, we spent the day in Muxia getting jobs done on Christine. Not sure
whether these were jobs which had been on my list which I threw out in
Plymouth or are all new ones designed to keep us busy. Everything is working
well nevertheless. It was a cold grey and windy day so we are glad of the
improvement in the weather and to be underway again.
Muffin bread is in the tin rising gently so we are in
for another treat later, all down to Peter N.
