We pulled in and the fuel truck was waiting at the dock. He helped us dock and then filled us up, took our garbage and offered to find us fresh water. That is what I call full service. We hit the grocery store and then the meat market. I made a big stew for the road and we are ready to try to cross to Sicily again... Maybe tomorrow or when ever the weather is perfect. No red arrows says Mary. (our weather chart shows red arrows for heavy or uncertain conditions)
We stopped for desert and coffee at a cafe on the town square and ran into the owner who was from Chicago. He used to go to the Greek Islands on Jackson Street.
Got the radar and the wind gismo going again. It was so rough down below that a cup we use to put Euro change in fell over and spilled a 20 cent coin into the electronics. It lodged across two bus bars and shorted out the main breaker that ran the radar. Couldn't do that again in 100 years!
