4/14 Left this morning and heading south toward Sicily hoping for warmer weather. Had a good sail all day about 10 knots of wind running wing on wing at about 4.5 Kts.George and Antony made chicken in the pressure cooker for dinner. Cooked it for about 25 minutes and all the meat fell off of the bone. About 15 minutes next time should do it.

We are in the process of getting Antony trained up. We taught him a bowline and a square knot today. I told him he is now qualified to be a tenderfoot scout. Wind is right behind us now. The sun went down about an hour ago and the wind is moving all around. I am hoping it will settle down soon.

We hope to be on the southern end of the island by morning and may find a place to tie up for the next day before striking out for Sicily.
