| 12:02.60N 061:44.91W Vicky and I have been sailing á deux since Arthur left us in Salvador Brazil and it has been the most enormous pleasure for both of us. It works with just us two - we understand Carango and each other and we both wish it had been possible to sail two handed for longer. But it was not to be. We have both enjoyed our guest crews hugely.  After waving goodbye to the final World ARC crew of Richard and Tricia Morris who returned to Blighty after some luxury nights at a spa hotel neat Rodney bay St Lucia I also bid farewell for a short time to Vicky who flew home to join the family and in particular Serena whose new baby was now overdue by a few days. Wonderful news followed shortly after Granny landed in England. Serena gave birth to a beautiful daughter, Clemency Katie Ferguson, on 18th April 2017 - all delivered safe and sound. So now I’m Grandpa cubed and Katie has announced her third pregnancy so no 4 is en route!!!  New crewmember for Carango - starts training Monday! |
