Sunrise this morning was particularly spectacular due to the cloud formation.

We have crossed the 30 degrees West longitude and have agreed that this is the first time to change watches an hour earlier - there will be four more such changes during the crossing - this is a real mark of positive progress towards our goal we are over a third of the way across by now.
