It was a tough sail, motor sail then motor flog into a strong NNW wind and some Southerly current which lead us to what turned out to be one of the most charming protected and beautiful little coves of our trip to date. So in the early evening of 20th June we finally dropped anchor in Ormos Sarakiniko. What a delight with goats with ring bells grazing on the hillside about the most divine little cove one could dream of - we swam, dined on exquisite pasta and salad on board and fell into exhausted sleep.

The following days we set off North to Levkas to meet up with Caro Pack brother and sister in law Chris and Jacques Palmer and their family in their beautiful villa in Sivota, south Levkas.

The Taverna - Souvlaki, Chips, white paraffin encore!

On 22nd June we dropped the Pack’s off in the Levkas Canal - splash! And embarked on the final leg of this part of the trip to Corfu.

After a night in another very attractive bay at Petitri - we arrived into Corfu, Gouvia Marina.
