We are in the Caribbean!!
So we have passed North of Antigua and
Barbuda.
Just gone right past St Barts, along the South
side.
Now heading past St Maartens, South
side.
So many massive yachts at each Island, just moored
up along the coast. Looking very expensive. Had a couple Catamarans pass us in
all directions, and a few sea planes fly over.
Once we have passed this Island it is then straight
to the British Virgin Islands which will then be only about 90nm away. How
exciting.
Its been pretty cool to have something to look at
other than ocean, the Islands look beautifull. Me and Rob have been checking our
Ipods or MP3's for radio stations, so far we have come across some pretty funky
jamaican music.
Looking forward to getting to the British Virgin
Island now. Warren is most looking forward to a cold bottle of coke followed by
a nice cold brewski. Then once we have done everything on our list of duties,
e,g wash down the boat we are going for a swim. The boys have thought up of how
to make a rope swing from the Spinnaker halyard, should be interesting. Then if
its not all booked up we are off for a dive. Definitly cant wait for that, so
excited to chill out and swim with the fishes before i get on a ferry and
then join back with the boat to finish the last leg of the trip.
Near to the end now. Enjoying every bit of sunshine
we have got before it starts to get colder again.
