Sweetest Thing

Yesterday evening the wind was heading us, pushing
us further and further north so that we would have run into the next front
headed east and which we would have been forced to beat against. Consequently,
through the night we have motored south west which, although it has put us into
lighter breeze, is from a favourable direction and we are now sailing towards
Bermuda although the pace is not exciting.
Due to the extended time expected for our passage
we now have to make sure we do not waste any food. So instead of cooking a 500g
pack of pasta and binning the uneaten portion (no food waste goes into the sea)
we are leaving a quarter in the pack to be eaten with a later meal.
