Wednesday afternoon....
What a thoroughly enjoyable watch... the sun was out the wind was blowing the swell has increased... now thats sailing!!! up and down the waves getting the occasional wave in your face...yes a lot of fun indeed!!!
i feel that for now at least i have my inspiration back...
now i may just get out in the last of the evening sun and read my book, although its my last book so i want it to last...

Thursday
The last couple of mornings just before dawn we have seen a bright light in the east with a sharp, bright ring around it. This morning I looked at the Stellarium app on my phone and the light is Venus but what is causing the ring I don't know. Sometimes you see a halo around the moon on a clear night which is caused by ice in the upper atmosphere and maybe it is a similar phenomenon.

I am making bread this morning so we will have fresh bread an cheese for lunch.

We found two dead flying fish on the boat this morning, one by the back steps and the other on the trampoline at the front. There were also fish scales on the port side deck so I guess that one made it back into the water.

If nothing untoward happens it begins to look as though we will make Bermuda on Monday, but I have not yet pulled down today's weather forecast.
