We had an evening of the wind decreasing, increasing, decreasing. All night. Managed to Goose wing the sails for a little bit before the wind just did not want to hold it anymore.

During the evening we had a fuel check, had to get right into the engine compartment and physically put something in the engine to check the levels. This is when we discovered that we dont have a 300ltr tank but a 250ltr tank. Less fuel than we thought we had, so being extra cautions on our engine usuage now.

Taking us a little bit longer than planned to get to Maderia, before we thought we would get there today but as the wind as not been on our side it looks more like tomorrow afternoon. Poor Rob will be in Maderia already and will have to fins somewere warm for him to make home for the evening! We are on our way Rob, we promise! :)

Thankfully the wind has picked up this evening as we are sailing along nicely, doing approx 8/10 knots with no engines.

137nm to go. I am guessing approx 4pm our arrival to Maderia
