Position 44:35N 064:10W
arrived back to the boat on Thursday the 16th of
April.There is still sea ice and a lot of snow but the good news is that spring
has finally arrived!
We splashed the boat on Friday and started
recommisioning. Engine, generator and watermaker all working A few minor leaks
on the fresh water side all repaired. The computer and sat phone seem to have
survived the proof will be if this diary entry goes through!
We have rented a house in Chester and a set of 4
wheel drive both for a week and hope to be away by the weekend. Having to
replace the heater which has expired and awaiting some stays both of which
should come on Wednesday so we can step the mast on Friday.
