We are back in Acapulco Yate Club. We arrived on
Monday where it was yet another National holiday and also the last day of the
Acapulco Boat Show so the Cub was very busy! Our berth is on the fuel quay in a
marina that is nearly as expensive as Puerto Banus.They are single handedly
paying off the third world debt and it won't take long! Hans and Yvonne arrived
yesterday and Dave arrives this evening. We will check out of Mexico tomorrow
and head for El Salvador.It is 600 nmiles to Bahia del Sol and across the Bay of
Tehuantepec renown for its storms where the wind blows right across from the Bay
of Mexico and produces the storms known as T Peckers! We are keeping a close eye
on the weather over the next few days whilst we laze around in the Club pool
!!
