We are in the new marina Port St Louis Grenada It
is a Camper and Nicholson marina which opened recently. We arrived here late
Thursday to find that the Grenada sailing regatta week starts tomorrow! It is
very busy with racing during the day and partying at night.The worst of the
sailing is over with the 1500 nm leg from Panama to the windward islands behind
us.Now I know why everyone sails the other way! The new shrouds are doing the
job and the problems at the moment are water in the fuel (again!) leaks through
deck fittings and pilot house windows.The watermaker only makes salty water
which is not much use.We have some hard work to do before we can go and play on
this beautiful island.
