We arrived at Long Beach Yacht Club Los Angeles on
Thursday evening and we are still here! We rented a car and spent a day in
Hollywood and two days in the Grand Canyon. Hollywood was just a big amusement
arcade and fast food centre very disappointing. The Grand Canyon was
breathtaking. We walked the South Rim and saw seven millton years of evolution.
On the way home we stayed the night in Prescott with Jim and Karon from IMB (Its
My Boat) great evening thanks Jim. Today we are trying to find a replacement
gearbox for the windlass motor and if we are successful we will set off for San
Diego on Wednesday
