Someone let me know that I never put a position in when we arrived in
Lagos, Portugal (37.6N 8.40W) which is where the yacht is now and has been
since September!
For anyone interested in following my progress I together with Dave Pratt
have purchased a motor boat called Greylag. She is a Nimbus 320 Coupe and
is currently based in Lymmington. We (Me,Dave and Julie Thorpe)will set
off to cross Europe to the Black Sea and then back through the Med to
Lagos.I have set up a separate web diary and you can follow our progress
on the mailasail web diary under Greylag.
If all goes to plan I should be back on board Festina in August/September
and preparing to sail to Brazil.
