After Nuuk we stopped for the night in Fiskenaesset
about 80 n miles south and going ashore to stretch our legs discovered
that the Prince and Princess and 4 children were arriving at nine the next
morning. They must have known we were coming! We stayed to join the welcoming
party before leaving for Parmiut .Tuesday night there and a morning shopping and
refuelling and we were on our way to Newfoundland It is midnight and we seem to
have left the fog and ice behind us , but who put the lights out ! We havn't
seen darkness for a whole month.
