Another good sailing day poled out headsail
tracking down the rhumbline at 6.5 - 7 knots.A few showers developing now
and these either block or increase the wind to around 25 kts for a while pushing
us up to 8+ knots - all very nice as long as the headsail repair holds out. At
least the motion is much steadier making life below less of a gymnastic workout.
French yacht Yovo is just visible astern and Alibi is about 15nm abeam to port.
We talk to them both twice a day on the radio as well as the cat Tahina which
left the same time as us and is now 200 nm ahead and Griffon 2 which left 3 days
ahead and must be 75% there. All well on board looking forward to green thai
fish curry with the last of the dorado - yum yum.
