We purchased a hand of green bananas before leaving
the Galapagos ($5) and they have now ripened which prompted Tony to write the
following:
On Cooking Bananas
Broiled in rum and in pancakes,
I really have to dissent
Books you can cook -
Not bananas
As bananas are already bent.
Another sparkling sunny day with 15 kts of wind
pushing us along at 7kts. Although we continue to be amazed at the large numbers
of flying fish we see (8 on deck this morning) our two trailing lures have not
attracted a single strike for two days.
