Ideal sailing during afternoon and evening with winds becoming a bit patchy by 2am. Some rain squalls during night. The wind died by 7am and we have been motoring for last 4 hours. Wind picked up about 10am but has died off again now. Weather fine and becoming quite warm. We have kept our clocks on UTC time and as a consequence we have nice long evenings with the sun setting about 8.30pm. The downside is that the sun doesnt rise until about 8.45 am! No more fish. Have changed lures to a pink/green lure. We heard on the radio that some boats had had success with this colour.
175 miles covered in last 24 hours. Over halfway point!
