Dive time on Quest again. After the infamous plane lady's cold; I can hear Alicia back in London saying, 'I'm never going to hear the last of that one.’ Nope! The Cap went down to check if his ears could equalise again. We all held our breath. And equalised our ears for good measure.

It was a calm morning in Jost. At a dive site known as the Playground, normally untenable in winter (yes, this is the BVIs winter!) conditions yesterday were waiting to be dived.. so off went the Cap, his ears, his most trusty dive buddy, Lu and guest Quest diver, Mike from MickBeth.

The BVIs are easily the most organised place we've been to so far for diving. National Marine Park buoys, put in place specifically for dive sites, are available to grab and hold onto while diving. This is something we could get used to... well, forever. The divers went off to their buoy. They came back an hour later for post-dive sausage sandwiches. Our Cap reported back - a bit of upping and downing, he said while his face contorted into a over-full sinus car park. Our fingers are crossed for further underwater adventures. Plane lady's cold - you're gonna be history! I can hear Alicia cheering from here...

While the Cap was equalising, I think the photo of the day goes to Lucia's moray eel... don't you? With Mike's posing coming in a close second…

Love from Quest and her crew xx
