Hi Everybody,

We didn’t realise that we skirted around a hurricane until we read the news today!! That explains the radar screen shot below of the 18 hours we had surrounded by the strangest wind pattern squalls we and the other boats around us have ever experienced. We were getting 30 knots of wind on the starboard side and then within 6 seconds, it would change to 30 knots on the port side. Anyway, nothing stopped the bread making and the trade winds are blowing nice and steady again for our trip across the pond for the foreseeable future. We are ready (are the fish though?)!!!

Hope to see our whale friend again.

love from us on Quest
