Yesterday we moved to Lee Stocking Island the home of the Caribbean Marine Research Center. The principle projects being conducted here are the study of the habitat, lifestyles, feeding patterns, and growth cycles of the Queen Conch, Nassau Grouper, the Red Tilapia and the Spiny Lobster. They offer tours on request, but although we arrived Tuesday afternoon, the earliest we would be able to get a tour is Thursday. Unfortunately the weather won’t allow us to stay for the tour.

We’ll be leaving early Thursday for George Town.
