Everything is put away and tomorrow morning we’ll be leaving St Augustine. We stayed an extra day to wait for the weather. The forecast for today was winds 5 knots or less, and the weather guesser was right about the or less part. Thursday there won’t be much in the way of winds in the early morning but they will build during the day. It looks like we’ll have 2 days of winds directly behind  us and then a day of variable (meaning time to motor) winds for the last day. It is a three day trip to Beaufort NC so we’ll be there sometime Sunday.

I found a tavern close by that serves $1 drafts when it’s raining. Just my luck it didn’t rain the entire time we’ve been here.  

It was pointed out to me that I didn’t mention which of Roberta’s kids was in the motherly way; it’s her daughter.
