Pete and Jude still in Santorini (Thira)

Woke late.  I tackled a few jobs - refuelling, etc. whilst Judy did some washing which amazingly was dry within an hour.  Breakfast was a quick bread and jam then off to explore (with possibility of hitting a beach). 

Santorini is renowned for its wines.  We passed the grape growing region that has its own wine route.

We headed up to the highest point of the island, which gave us stunning views.

We stopped for coffee and an explore in Pyrgos.

We then headed to the ruined city of Thira, which took us up an amazing winding road, unfortunately the site was closed when we arrived but the views were amazing.

We then retired to the beach for a well earned beer, provisioning on the way back to Fai Tira.

The next morning we set off for the island of Ios.
