Fai Tira photo
blog The Low Islands and Hope Island. We left Port
Douglas after having a great time and lots of adventures. Geoff waved us
goodbye. See you soon matey. LOW ISLANDS The Low Islands
named by Captain Cook so called because they are low! Geoff’s Wavedancer
catamaran that he drives to the Low Islands with 80 tourists on board. When we moored
up we were greeted by two very large Bat Fish. John and I went
in the water to check them out. As you can see
they were very friendly. There were quite
a few turtles meandering around. This my
favourite photo of the Low Island Turtles. This might be a
Regal Angelfish The colours on
the turtle shell were lovely. HOPE ISLAND Dee reading the
sign warning of Crocs. Fabulous
natural shapes of driftwood John and Dee
caught in a romantic moment. John and Dee
wishing they had bought a bottle of wine with them. Fai Tira all

skyline. Fai
Tira’s crew. Still no wine. The Hope Island
public toilet. John cooked
cauliflower cheese for the evening meal. Very nice it
was too. |
