Arrived Safely in Salalah 16:56.16N 054:00.32E

After a horrible and stressful passage from Bombay we arrived in Salalah safe and sound.  The news of the capture by pirates and the subsequent deaths of the crew of SV Quest dominated most of our trip.  As stated in our previous blog, we regarded the two crew members Phyllis and Bob as good friends and companions.  Although neither of them travelled with us on Fai Tira our friendship grew and we spent quite a lot of time with both of them.  Saying that, it was mostly at parties or in bars.  Here are a couple of photographs which bring back happy memories to me.
