A beautiful day with calm sea and a steady northerly breeze - just perfect !

We have a steady 24nm cruise along the coast to the entrance of the river Yealm ahead of us.

The entrance to the river is guarded by a sand bar and which we need to cross by 3pm before it gets too shallow for us on the falling tide.
