Sorry for delay in blogging but typing and
seasickness are not good companions !
We are happy with our progress in fairly testing
circumstances - our wind instruments stopped working yesterday and we have a
problem charging our batteries - I phoned a friend (Phil from Brixham
cheers mate) and he told me how to get around the problem. We are now
charging the Batteries every 3 hrs rather than 6 to keep the auto pilot etc
going - I just hope we have enough diesel for the extra usage......
We'll do the calculation later today or tomorrow when the weather improves
and we are able top up our tank with diesel rather than with water from the
waves which constantly sweep the decks.
Spirits on board are high and we have caught up
on our sleep.
