Had a great morning in the rain forest with our
guide - have included two pics including Sally's new tottoo from a
fern!!!
Very disturbed night last night at anchor with the
wind gusting from 5 to 15 kts and turning thru 180 degrees. Trouble was that
when it shifts like that the anchor can drag and you end up on the
beach. Needed to sit an anchor watch and then up at 0600 to sail a very
bumpy 50 miles to St Barts. Tired walk around this chic bit of France in the
Carib so we could check in with immigration - a better explore in the
morning.
During our transit a very larg bee appeared
desparate for a rest after a long flight from ???? Not much land up wind of us
and then its the whole Atlantic. Took a well earned 4 hour rest and then took
off without saying goodbye when we got here. Pic attached.
Here for a few days and then upto St Martin which
is visible from here. Then BVI and our ship to carry Juniper home arrives in
USVI on 10 May. The end is in sight.
