Well we have a clean bottom and a polished hull and
ready to go.... We have provisioned up and set off today from Jolly Harbour on
the West coast and have now arrived in Falmouth Harbour on the south coast.
Usually the islands have a constant trade wind that blows from the East/NE at
around 15-20kts. Unusually the wind hsa dropped to 4 kts from various directs.
This did mean we got covered in volcanic ash from the Montserrat active volcano,
all over our clean decks!!
New crew on board with Sally and John joined by our
great friends Sharon and Nigel.
Will spend 2-3 days here before heading East to
Green Island.
