We decided to spend a bit longer than we originally
intended in Galapagos so that we could go on a 4 day tour around the islands
leaving Gryphon 2 at anchor.
We went with a group of 13 people from New Zealand,
Canada, the USA, Argentina and England led by the wonderful Pedro. We packed in
masses into the 4 days , climbing a volcano, snorkelling on 6 different
occasions, descending into a lava tube, swimming at a perfect beach, visitng 3
different tortoise sanctuaries and all in all having a wonderfully rewarding
experience in the company of like minded people wanting to make the most of
their time in these unique islands. As we are moving on in 2 days time I will
let the pictures do the talking.
