A very gentle sail today in a pleasant  westerly force 3 that gradually reduced to nothing, then fog rolled in. Our friends on Spruce, in this photograph, left at the same time and we hope they have got some nice pictures of us sailing calmly along too.

The second photo was taken a little later at about 250 metres. The radar really helps confidence in conditions like this.

As we  reached the harbour, shoals of tiny fish started jumping about and the wind got up to a stiff Force 5. We refilled with fuel for only the second time since Guernsey and then moored in a pleasant private yacht club marina.
