I have just received a satellite phone call from Peder. The Running Tide is making good progress but has had an unfortunate setback. The laptop has broken down and the three gentlemen are unfortunately unable to post any updates on the blog. They will however call me and I will try my best to give you their latest coordinates and messages.

Everything is going well and they are keeping up the good pace. It's warm during the day and they have earlier today encountered some interesting marine fauna; whales (not sure what species).
