If there were any high lights they had to be
that the sun came up and made it a lovely day on the water and we also caught a
couple of fish..... Unfortunately both were Barracuda's and they were thrown
over board like the stowaways they
were. There was a beautiful full moon last
night and as Oliver was about to come of his watch the wind started to pick up a
little. Yesterday was as uneventful a
delivery can be and today we are scampering down the coast as fast as we can to
avoid the front that is coming through, so we are going to put into Tauranga to
play it safe,
en we will try and jump in behind that front and
the next one coming in to make our way down to either Gisbourne or Napier
whichever
fits the weather the best!
however around about 0200 we had issues with the
charging system on the outboard and had to use the portable generator to re
charge all the batteries but managed to charge the batteries and we continued on
down the east coast to Tauranga.
Well we are just about to
go through the entry to Tauranga, So ill let you guys know on weather and our
departure when I
know. Happy
