                | Position time 1500NZT This is probably a Happy day for James, he has been
waiting for a good 10 days with the engine problems on this yacht, to get this
delivery trip on the way. So Johnny be goode has a new engine, saildrive and
control and she is purring along at 6 knots as we head up the East coast bays on
our way to Melbourne, Aussie. Just to introduce my team, apart from good self as
Skipper I am fortunate to have James Ryan as owner and Leigh Brennan-Smith Crew
on board. The weather forecast for those of you at home is not very exciting for
the next 3/4 days at least and it is not expected to do a fat lot after that,
I’m hoping as we approach the eastern seaboard of Aussie we will get a northerly
wind that will help us on the way to Melbourne. Well not a lot more to say at this point, I’ll be
posting a report every day when I get the up to date weather forecast, if
anybody wants to email one of the crew send it to mark_needler {CHANGE TO AT} mailasail {DOT} com, put the
intended readers name in the subject box and I’ll pass it on, please keep it
short as long messages cost a lot of sat phone time, no pictures or attachments
and delete the previous message. Cheers Mark, James and
